The Tokyo MOU
Open forum was held in Vladivostok, Russia on 18 September 2017 and Mr. Pham
Hai Bang, VR has participated in the meeting as ACS representative. Mr. Bang has made presentation in the
Open forum “Introduction
to ACS and the issues and concerns on PSC inspections for exchanging views with
Tokyo MOU”, as attached.
